By creating an account or using HealthEcho, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

HealthEcho is an AI-powered health companion that provides personalised healthcare and lifestyle recommendations to help you manage or reverse chronic conditions. We are not a medical device and do not provide medical diagnoses or prescribe medication.

3. Not Medical Advice

All content and recommendations provided by HealthEcho are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using HealthEcho, you agree to the following:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the service.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and health profile.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Not misuse the service — including, but not limited to, using bots, scraping data, or reverse-engineering any part of the app.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the service. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The HealthEcho app, its design, AI models, and all content are owned by HealthEcho or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HealthEcho, its founders, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of HealthEcho after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
