1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Helixora Labs LLC is an AI-powered health companion that provides personalised healthcare and lifestyle recommendations to help you manage or reverse chronic conditions. We are not a medical device and do not provide medical diagnoses or prescribe medication.

The app's AI features are powered by third-party AI providers, and using them involves sending some of your health data to those providers. We ask for your explicit permission before any health data is shared, and you can withdraw it at any time in Profile → AI data sharing. Each provider and the data it receives is listed in section 5 of our Privacy Policy.

3. Not Medical Advice

All content and recommendations provided by Helixora Labs LLC are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree to the following:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the service.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and health profile.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Not misuse the service — including, but not limited to, using bots, scraping data, or reverse-engineering any part of the app.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

Health Echo offers Health Echo Premium, an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.

• Title — Health Echo Premium.
• Length — 1 month, renewing monthly.
• Price — $5.99 per month. The exact price in your local currency is shown in the App before you confirm any purchase.
• Free trial — new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you will be charged.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price stated above.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it expires. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the service. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, AI models, and all content are owned by Helixora Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helixora Labs LLC, its founders, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the app after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
