1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

NutriWise lets you scan supplement labels and barcodes, view AI-backed analysis of your supplement stack, and discover alternative products. We are not a medical device and do not provide medical diagnoses or prescribe medication.

Affiliate disclosure: some product links shown in the app are affiliate links to retail partners (for example, iHerb or Thorne). If you make a purchase through one of these links, Helixora Labs LLC may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the substance of our AI analysis or recommendations.

3. Not Medical Advice

NutriWise provides informational content and AI-generated analysis only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. AI-generated analysis may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any health decision. Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree to the following:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the service.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and logging your supplement stack.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Not misuse the service — including, but not limited to, using bots, scraping data, or reverse-engineering any part of the app.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

NutriWise offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription, NutriWise Pro, which unlocks features such as Smart Alternatives, unlimited AI analysis, and the weekly auto-adjuster. Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription on a monthly or annual term.

Pricing and payment. Current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm a purchase, and may vary by country or region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple — we never receive or store your payment card details.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same term unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing and cancelling. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings, or from Settings > Subscription inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and partial periods are not refunded.

Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy, and we cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price changes. We may change subscription pricing. Any change applies only to future billing periods, and Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before a higher price takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.

Introductory offers. Where a free trial or introductory offer is made available, its length and terms are disclosed at the point of purchase. Unless cancelled beforehand, an offer converts to a paid subscription at the standard price when it ends. Offers are limited to eligible new subscribers as determined by Apple.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the service. You may also delete your account and associated data at any time using the account-deletion option within the app's Settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, AI models, and all content are owned by Helixora Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helixora Labs LLC, its founders, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the app after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
